Teresa Kontos, MSW, MHRM, LMA, LLT, LE

Owner of Soluna Medical Aesthetics, Co-Owner & Human Resources Director, Innovative Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center

Teresa Kontos has served as the Co-Owner and Human Resources Director of Innovative Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center since 2015, where she has played a key role in the company’s growth into two thriving and successful locations. Combining her deep expertise in human resources, clinical leadership, and holistic wellness, Mrs. Kontos is dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and well-being.

Mrs. Kontos has a master’s degree in social work and human resources management, with more than 20 years of experience in the social work field. Her distinguished career includes leadership roles as Director of Foster Care, Clinical Director in a Juvenile Delinquency Facility, and service as a therapist and caseworker in both foster care and hospice settings.

In addition to her social work and management background, Mrs. Kontos is a Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Laser Technician, and Licensed Electrologist. She also holds two business certifications from the International Association of Professions Career College: the Spa Owner Certificate and the Metaphysical Shop Owner Certificate.

Deeply committed to holistic wellness, Mrs. Kontos is experienced in a wide range of healing modalities, including energy healing, sound therapy, crystal healing, meditation, life coaching, and other metaphysical treatments. This distinctive blend of clinical, aesthetic, and holistic expertise enables her to provide a comprehensive and transformative approach to health and well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Kontos is a devoted wife of 20 years and mother of three. Her hobbies include reading, scuba diving (participating in coral restoration and dive-against-debris initiatives), cooking, walking, and caring for her animals.

Dr. Andrew Kontos

Co-Owner and Medical Director of Soluna Medical Aesthetics, Co-Owner & Human Resources Director, Innovative Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center

Dr. Andrew Kontos is a highly regarded board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained and board-certified Mohs micrographic and cutaneous oncology surgeon. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a master’s and medical degrees from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan with an internship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Thereafter, he competed residency and extensive training with fellowships in clinical research and phototherapy and epidermolysis bullosa within the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. Advancing his skills and credentials, Dr. Kontos obtained fellowship-training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneious oncology in Tampa, Florida.

Following his education and training, Dr. Kontos moved to Southwest Florida in 2007 to devote his training and expertise in advanced dermatology to the Greater Fort Myers and Naples communities. An esteemed physician and surgeon, he began Innovative Dermatology and Mohs Surgery in 2015 to provide attentive and individualized medical care, specializing in general and complex skin conditions with a primary focus on detecting and preventing skin cancer. A fellowship-trained expert in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology, Dr. Kontos precisely identifies and removes skin cancer with minimal potential for scarring and the lowest chance of re-growth. This technique is considered the most effective skin cancer treatment with a 99% cure rate and performed in the office for comfort and convenience.

Committed to providing high-quality skin care, Dr. Kontos remains up to date in medical advancements to continue offering the best care available for his patients. The values that guide his patient-centered model of delivering positive outcomes are compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.

Dr. Kontos is a dedicated husband of 20 years and father of three. He is fluent in the Greek language. His personal hobbies include traveling, astronomy, classical studies, and scuba diving.

Front Desk Coordinator/Psychic

Adena brings a grounded, compassionate presence as the Front Desk Coordinator, offering a blend of professional customer care and heart-centered support. With experience in service-based and wellness-oriented environments, she is devoted to creating a smooth, welcoming, and calming experience from the moment you arrive. Her natural attentiveness, clear communication, and intuitive understanding of client needs help ensure each visit begins and ends with ease and care.

In addition to her front desk expertise, Adena is the creator of Loving Alchemy Quantum Healing®, a heart-centered intuitive coach, and writer. Her work is rooted in the mind-body connection and centered on creating safe, supportive spaces for healing, relaxation, and self-discovery. This holistic foundation gently informs how she communicates, organizes, and supports both clients and practitioners, particularly in environments that blend aesthetics, wellness, and intentional living.

Inspired by the ocean and the natural world, Adena is a creative intuitive with a deep love for meditation, energy work, and soulful practices that support inner balance and gentle transformation—bringing a calm, nurturing energy into every space she serves.

Krystal Gauther, RN

Krystal Gauthier, RN is a licensed registered nurse and the founder of Liquid Love Med Spa, bringing high-quality IV infusion therapy and wellness services to clients seeking both preventative and restorative care. Krystal has been a registered nurse since 2013 and brings over a decade of clinical experience into every treatment she provides.

Her nursing background includes several years of travel nursing throughout the United States, with extensive hands-on experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings, followed by specialized practice in Oncology nursing, where she also held certification in Oncology treatment. This diverse clinical foundation allows Krystal to approach IV therapy with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and individualized care.

At Soluna Medical Aesthetics, Krystal offers personalized IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapies designed to support energy, immunity, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. Each infusion is thoughtfully selected and administered with careful attention to client comfort, medical standards, and personal wellness goals.

Krystal believes that wellness should be both effective and relaxing. Her approach blends medical expertise with a calming, spa-like experience, making IV therapy an accessible and enjoyable part of a modern self-care routine.
